　　Light material is even in color, lively in style, better foiling family warmness.Dark material is of large chromatism, smaller expansion coefficient, resistant to water and moth.In which more precious and rare material are Balsamo, teak and A.africana; Tabebuia, H.courbaril,T.yangambiensis, A.leiocarpa, Pau mulato and D.guianensis are of better stability. Sapucaiatobago Lecythis pisonis is clear in wood grain. Tabebuia and Dipteryx are of larger chromatism. Kempas is well sold in the market with its low price.

Ⅱ Choose natural chromatism and clear wood grain
　　 If flooring surface color is too dark and the coat is much thick, it may have a mind to cover surface defects, especially pay attention to it when the flooring is of six-side lacquering. Sapwood, duramen, wood surface, wood inside, dark side and sunny side have great difference; plate material’s cutting way is also different, so chromatism exists necessarily. Ⅲ Choose size

　　 As every city is in different geographical position, water content of needed material is also different. You may ask for special sellers for purchasing correct flooring whose water content is balanced with local water content

Ⅱ Choose machining precision.
　　 Check its machining precision and smoothness with hands and eyes, to see whether it is smooth and tidy, whether it is matched with tenon groove, whether the size is correct and whether there is height and low fall.

Ⅲ Choose wood’s quality
　　 Solid wood flooring is made of crude wood. It is normal to have unsound knot or chromatism on the surface. If there are some faults on the surface, such as worm hole, crack, molder or blue stain, you may shorten it or saw it into two parts to get usable part according to actual construction condition.

Ⅳ Choose paint’s quality
　　 No matter it is light or matt flooring, pay attention to check whether the surface coat is even, smooth or bubble during choice.
