1,Prevent from water
??? It needs to prevent from rain outside of window in summer and prevent central heating from leaking water in house in winter. Even been leaked very little water, it also needs to clean it with soft cloth immediately to keep it dry, avoiding destroying its color or leading to warp, crack or go moldy.
2, Prevent from fire
??? Stump and matchstick not extinct can not be thrown on flooring. Electric cooker, rice cooker and electric iron are better to be placed on insulated mat but not on floor. It is now allowed to clean dust or dirt with gasoline to prevent from static fabrication, leading fire.
3, Prevent from damage
??? Even very small ash, it is also cleaned immediately with half-wet soft cloth. It is better to change flat baboosh before enter into the room
4,Prevent from dirt
??? If the dirt is caused by water-solubility matter, wipe floating dust at first and then use soft cloth dipped with strong tea, water for washing rice or orange water to clean it, thus, not only get rid of dirt, but also recover original color.

Ⅱ keeping
1,Prevent from dirt.
??? Wax flooring every two or three months. Get rid of dirt and dust before waxing. Then use a clean soft cloth dipped with wax to wipe in circulation from one edge of flooring. After wipe evenly for the first time, then use original cloth (not dip with wax) to repeat it again. The waxed flooring not only be clean, glossy, look brand new, but also can protect coat and leave it aging.
2,lacqueringUse
??? the same paint to paint it again after three or five years. Except getting rid of dirt and dust, it also needs to polish gently with fine water sand paper dipped with warm water to remove remnants oil dirt and polish little lacquer particle left one the last lacquering. Then clean it with clean cloth. The flooring after lacquering will be smoother, cleaner and glossier
